To say that Dr. Chandiramani is the best orthodontist I have ever met would be a gross understatement. She is the best medical professional I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. If only she could be my physician and my kids' pediatrician too. She's that good. Here's why...
We met Dr. Chandiramani about two years ago at an orthodontic office in Indiana. She was my son's orthodontist for his entire 18 months in braces & a MARA device. Having dealt with many doctors over the course of my life, I can usually size-up a physician in under 2 minutes. She passed every test with flying colors. She's incredibly educated for starters (she attended TWO different Ivy League schools), she's extremely amiable and down to earth (no snobby, I'm better than you attitude) and she has a very calm disposition (which comes in handy when putting metal objects in a nervous child's mouth).
I also really appreciated that Dr. Chandiramani took the time to get to know my son and me. Never once did she rush me when I was asking question after question-she always validated my concerns regarding my son's orthodontic treatment. I know I can count on her. Case in point, my son's MARA device was acting up late one winter night. I called her and informed her of the situation and she was getting ready to get into her car, in a snowstorm, and drive all the way over the bridge to Indiana to correct my son's orthodontic device. What doctor does that anymore? She does. Thankfully, the MARA device corrected itself and she didn't have to brave the snow- but she would have.
We now have "followed" Dr. Chandiramani over the bridge, to her private Louisville Orthodontics practice to have my next son put in braces. It's not a hyperbole to say I was extremely impressed upon opening the door to her contemporary east-end office. It's so clean and modern looking I felt like I was back at the Westgate Resort we've stayed at. Calm colors, comfortable chairs (that's rare in most doctor offices) and a fridge with flavored sparkling water and a Keurig machine with Starbucks coffee! I'm actually looking forward to sipping a sparkling water and sitting in the chairs while my son gets his braces put on next month.
I highly recommend giving Dr. Chandiramani the opportunity to be your child's orthodontist, she won't disappoint you. Promise.
