Get To Know Dr. Raina Chandiramani

Dr. Raina Chandiramani is passionate about creating beautiful, healthy smiles. With years of experience and a commitment to utilizing the latest advancements in orthodontic technology, Dr. Chandiramani is here to provide exceptional care for patients of all ages.

As a Louisville native, Dr. Raina Chandiramani went to Kentucky Country Day School for K-12. Then, she attended Columbia University for undergrad where she majored in applied mathematics. Dr. Chandiramani obtained a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where she graduated with top honors. Recognizing her passion for orthodontics, Dr. Chandiramani pursued specialized training and completed an advanced residency program in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. This comprehensive training equipped her with the expertise to address a wide range of orthodontic issues effectively.

As a dedicated professional, Dr. Chandiramani remains at the forefront of her field by continually updating her knowledge and skills. She actively participates in numerous continuing education courses, lectures at conferences, and teaches workshops, staying informed about the latest orthodontic techniques and treatments. By blending her extensive training and practical experience, Dr. Chandiramani delivers personalized, cutting-edge orthodontic care to every patient.

Dr. Chandiramani understands that every patient is unique, and their orthodontic journey should be tailored accordingly, which is one of the reasons she founded Louisville Orthodontics. She takes the time to listen to patients' concerns and goals, explaining all available treatment options and providing cutting edge treatment recommendations. With a warm, friendly demeanor and a genuine passion for transforming smiles, Dr. Chandiramani ensures that each patient feels comfortable and confident throughout their orthodontic experience.

When she’s not helping people achieve their dream smiles, Dr. C can be found spending time with her husband, Sam, and their golden-doodle, Mia. She also enjoys traveling, reading, playing pickleball, and trying new restaurants. Feel free to ask her for a recommendation!

Whether you’re bringing yourself, a child, or loved one in for an orthodontic consultation, we can’t wait to meet you! Your first visit to our office will be focused on getting to know you, your lifestyle, and your goals. When you arrive, a member of our team will show you around to familiarize you with our office. Then, we will show you back and begin your consultation.

This is a great time to ask any questions that you may have. You’ll be given time and space to voice any concerns or specific goals that you may have. Then, we may take some digital scans and images before collaborating on your custom treatment plan. Finally, we will schedule you for a follow up appointment if you do decide to proceed with treatment.
